PEEF Master’s Level Scholarship: Supporting Talented Students in Punjab
The Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) has recently announced Master’s level scholarships for deserving and talented students enrolled in partner universities of the Punjab. These scholarships aim to provide financial assistance to students who belong to economically disadvantaged families and cannot afford higher education.
The following requirements must be met in order for a student to be qualified for the PEEF Master’s level scholarship:
Punjab domicile
obtained at least 60% in BA, BSc, BCOM, BS, or BBA courses, or a minimum CGPA of 2.5. in annual examination held in the last three years (2020/2021/2022) in Punjab
GC University, Faisalabad, granted me admission as a full-time student for the current academic year (2022-23). Parents’ total monthly income (from all sources) is 40,000 Pakistani rupees or less. This restriction does not apply to BPS 1-4 students who are the children of government personnel or to victims of terrorist attacks.
The prospective student must also meet the merit and need requirements of the relevant university in addition to meeting PEEF eligibility requirements.
Note that students who already possess MA/ MSc/ MS/ MPhil/Ph.D degrees, got admission in Bridging 5th Semester, passed examination in supplementary session, or benefited from any other scholarship are not eligible for this scholarship.
The application process is simple and involves downloading the application form from the Photostats shop or GCUF website, filling it out, and submitting it to the respective department before May 22nd, 2023. Attested copies of educational documents, paid fee vouchers, income certificate, domicile certificate/national identity card of applicant, father, and mother, current utility bills, and statement of purpose & The application form must be accompanied by three passport-size photos.
PEEF has allocated scholarship quotas to all partner universities, and the duly filled scholarship forms should be submitted to the respective department, complete in all respects, according to the instructions provided.
