Eligibility Criteria:
Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a Master’s, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree with 16 years of education, scoring a minimum of 60 percent marks, or having a GPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 in relevant fields such as Computer Sciences, Information Systems and Technology, Data Sciences, Information Security, and Cyber Security from HEC recognized Pakistani institutions. Foreign degrees require an equivalence certificate from HEC.
Age:
Applicants should be under 26 years old as of the date of advertisement. Relaxation in age limit is applicable for specific categories, including females, transgender persons, minorities, and candidates from specified regions.
Experience:
Fresh graduates are welcome, but candidates with up to one year of relevant experience will be preferred.
Application Process:

Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a written test, followed by group discussions, psychometric testing, and panel interviews. Successful candidates will be chosen based on merit, in adherence to Provincial/Regional quota provisions outlined by the Government of Pakistan.
Training and Compensation:
Selected candidates will undergo Applied Focused Theoretical Training (residential) at the National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad. Upon successful completion, candidates will be appointed as Assistant Directors (OG-2) at SBP, with a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs. 120,000/-, along with other benefits.
