Job Description

The Assistant District Attorney (ADA) serves as a key legal officer responsible for assisting in prosecution, legal advisory, and government litigation matters. The role includes drafting legal opinions, representing the government in courts, assisting senior legal officers, and ensuring compliance with state laws and legal procedures. ADAs also prepare reports, maintain case files, and ensure timely legal action on government matters.

Required Qualification

• LLB (Second Division) from a recognized university

• Must be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council

• Comprehensive knowledge of Pakistan Penal Code, CrPC, Qanun-e-Shahadat, and constitutional law
