Eligibility Criteria – Bank of Punjab SME Jobs 2026

Candidates applying for Relationship Manager SME – Conventional (OG-I / AVP) positions at The Bank of Punjab (BOP) must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:

1. Educational Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university is mandatory.

• Preference will be given to Master’s degree holders.

2. Experience Requirement

Experience requirements vary by grade:

For OG-I:

• Minimum 02 years of relevant banking experience

For AVP-I / AVP:

• Minimum 04 years of banking experience

• Out of which at least 03 years must be relevant SME / relationship banking experience

3. Age Limit

• Maximum age limit: 55 years

• Age will be calculated as of January 14, 2026

4. Location

6. Shortlisting & Selection

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

• No TA/DA will be admissible.
