Candidates applying for Relationship Manager SME – Conventional (OG-I / AVP) positions at The Bank of Punjab (BOP) must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university is mandatory.
Preference will be given to Master’s degree holders.
Experience requirements vary by grade:
For OG-I:
Minimum 02 years of relevant banking experience
For AVP-I / AVP:
Minimum 04 years of banking experience
Out of which at least 03 years must be relevant SME / relationship banking experience
Maximum age limit: 55 years
Age will be calculated as of January 14, 2026
