1. Branch Manager – Conventional (Grade: OG-III/OG-I)
Locations: DG Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Indus, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sialkot
Job Responsibilities
-
Achieve branch monthly deposit targets (NTBs/ETBs) with special focus on CASA.

Achieve cross-functional banking targets including sales, customer retention, and product penetration.
-
Improve customer servicing TAT by managing inquiries and complaints efficiently.
-
Ensure strong branch control by applying efficient processes and complying with SBP regulations, QA, FTC & audit guidelines.

Drive business growth by implementing policies & procedures of the bank.

Lead branch team performance, productivity enhancement, and staff development.
Eligibility
-
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university (local/foreign).

Age: Up to 55 years

Experience: Minimum 3 years of banking experience. Preference for candidates with over 10 years of similar branch-based experience.
2. Branch Manager – Conventional (Grade: AVP-I/VP)
Locations: DG Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Indus, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sialkot
Job Responsibilities

Achieve the branch’s monthly deposit goals (NTBs/ETBs) with a CASA focus.

Responsible for delivering cross-functional banking targets.

Enhance customer servicing timelines and efficient complaint handling.

Ensure branch efficiency through process optimization and strict compliance.

Implement SBP guidelines and BOP internal policies for stable business growth.
-
Lead branch staff, ensure high productivity, and create a performance-oriented culture.
Eligibility

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university (local/foreign).
