Position: Trade Sales Manager – Consumer Banking Group
Grade: AVP / AVP-I
Location: Sialkot
Organization: The Bank of Punjab (BOP)
Lead trade sales activities and meet overall business & income targets.
Establish and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify business opportunities for non-funded business and financial advisory.
Provide financial advice and solutions to corporate and SME clients.
Conduct business visits, ensure compliance with SBP & BOP regulations.
Facilitate customer onboarding, due diligence, and trade transaction compliance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for trade-related policies and process improvements.
Maintain trade documentation and ensure confidentiality of client data.
Conduct regular trainings and communicate updates to staff and clients.
Disseminate trade MIS showing performance and targets progress.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates with trade-related experience.
Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of November 21, 2025.
