 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Compliance Reviews and ICFR Testing at assigned branches

• Perform end-to-end compliance audits within defined timelines

• Maintain accurate review documentation, including sampling records

• Assist branches in immediate rectification of compliance observations

• Coordinate with issue owners to ensure corrective actions

• Conduct closing meetings to discuss deviations and discrepancies

• Prepare detailed compliance review reports for management

• Enhance understanding of operational processes, banking policies, and regulatory requirements

• Provide compliance guidance and training to branch staff when required

 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university

• Candidates with ACCA / CAF qualifications will be preferred

Experience:

• 02 to 04 years of overall banking experience

• At least 02 years in Internal Audit, Compliance Reviews, Controls Testing, or RAR

Age Limit:

• Maximum 55 years as of January 02, 2026
