🔹 Position Details

  • Job Title: Associate Manager – Data Architecture & Data Engineer
  • Department: Data Analytics & AI Division (Digital Banking Group)
  • Grade: OG-I / AVP (Band 10 to Band 9)
  • Location: Lahore
  • Organization: Bank of Punjab (BOP)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-level data architecture strategies
  • Design and manage data models (OLTP, OLAP, Data Lakes, Warehouses)
  • Build scalable data pipelines using tools like Airflow, Spark, Kafka, dbt
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and observability
  • Implement modern solutions like real-time streaming & vector databases
  • Optimize data storage, processing, and infrastructure costs
  • Collaborate with InfoSec and Legal teams for data security and compliance
  • Manage metadata, cataloging, and data lineage systems

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized local/foreign university)
  • Experience: 2–4 years in Data Architecture / Data Engineering
  • Preference for candidates with 1+ year relevant experience
  • Age Limit: Up to 55 years
