Qualification & Experience

Qualifications vary by post. Key requirements include:

Vice Principal: MS/M.Phil Master's degree (minimum 2nd Division) with 16 years of education from HEC-recognized institution. Minimum 2 years experience in Administration, Finance & Management. Academic faculty or headmaster/headmistress or senior faculty member experience preferred.

Medical Officer: MBBS degree recognized by PMDC. Registered Medical Practitioner. Related experience preferred.

Counseling Officer / Psychologist: MS/M.Sc in Psychology (minimum 2nd Division, 16 years education). Minimum 2 years experience in counseling, behavioral science & rehabilitation.

Accounts Officer: M.Com / MBA (Finance) or B.Com with 5 years experience with ACCA/ACMA/CMA or equivalent. Experience in managing accounts and finance preferred.

Admin Officer: BS/Masters degree with 16 years education. Proficiency in English correspondence. Knowledge of filing system / record keeping.

Accounts Assistant: Minimum 7th Division B.Com/BBA/Finance/Economics. At least 1–2 years relevant experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Admin Assistant: Minimum 14 years of education qualification from a reputed organization. Minimum 1 year relevant experience.

Data Entry Operators: Minimum Matriculate or equivalent. Computer proficiency (MS Office Suite, Excel). Knowledge of filing system. Typing Speed at least 30–35wpm. Minimum 3 years experience in a reputed organization.

Librarian: Masters in Library Sciences (16 years education) with minimum 2nd Division from HEC-recognized university/institution. Good computer skills. Good English written and verbal communication skills.

Lab Assistants: Minimum F.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Bio / ICT for IT). Minimum 1 year handling of respective lab. For IT Lab Assistants only: Experience of handling and maintenance of security equipment including surveillance cameras and networking with minimum 1 year relevant experience.

Lab Attendants: Same as Lab Assistants. For IT Attendants: at least handling of respective computer/peripheral devices.

Hostel Warden: Masters (16 years education) from HEC-recognized institution/university with minimum 2 years experience. Preferably having experience of residential school, college, or institute.

Nurse / Dispenser: Registered with Pakistan Nursing Council. Preferably 4 years of related experience.

PTI: Minimum Provincial level player in Physical Training and Coaching.

Sports Coach: Masters/minimum in physical education or equivalent (16 years education). Preferably 2 years' experience. At least national level player of respective sports game(s).

Sub Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Minimum Diploma in Associate Engineering from HEC-recognized institute/university.

Security Supervisor: Minimum Intermediate or equivalent. Preferably 05 years of experience in Government/Private Organizations. Safety record certificate from previous employer.

Security Guards: Minimum Intermediate/Matric. Experience from Civil Infantry, Artillery, Armored Corps, Air Defense Rangers, Frontier Corps, Army Engineers qualified from Advance Infantry Course/SSG Course. Age 50+. Good physical psychologist test. Good mental stability. Preferably 5 years proven experience in security/Character Certificate from the employer. Eyesight 6/6.

Driver / Bus Driver: Minimum Primary. Preferably 3 years relevant experience. Minimum Matric with HTV/PSV License. Preferably 05 years experience in Government/Private Organizations. Safety record certificate from previous employer. Physical fitness. Eye-sight check.

Cook: Minimum Matric or equivalent. Preferably 5 years relevant experience. Complete Medical fitness tests (Mandatory).

Qari / Qaria: Minimum Diploma/Certificate from institute/madrassa duly recognized by Wafaq ul Madaris/Tanzim ul Madaris. Certificates duly attested by Wafaq Ul Madaris Tanzim Ul Madaris. Hafiz-e-Quran will be preferred.

General Posts (Sweeper, Naib Qasid, Laundry, etc.): Minimum Primary to Intermediate education with 1–2 years relevant experience.
