Job Description: Environment Protection & Climate Change Department Jobs 2026

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD), Government of the Punjab, through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SPIU), invites applications from eligible candidates holding Punjab domicile for temporary project-based positions.

These appointments are made under the ADB-funded project “Strengthening of Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit”, related to the execution of the World Bank–funded Punjab Green Development Program and other ADB schemes of EPCCD. Positions are offered on a contract basis until completion of the project (expected June 2026).

Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Punjab

• Education & Experience: Relevant qualifications and experience as per government and project requirements

• Government Employees: Must apply through proper channel with NOC

• Nature of Jobs: Temporary / project-based
