2) Dispatch Rider (Male) – BPS‑04

- Qualification: Primary pass + Valid Heavy‑Duty Driving License; knowledge of traffic rules.

- Location: Rawalpindi (1 seat).

Special Education (Sir Syed School & College of Special Education, Rawalpindi Cantt)

- Lower Division Clerk (BPS‑11): As per LDC criteria above; Sindh Rural (Merit) – 1 seat; age 18–30 years.

- Driver (BPS‑04): As per Driver criteria above; Rawalpindi District‑2 (local basis); age 18–35 years.

- Posting: Selected candidates will be posted at Rawalpindi; seniority per institutional rules.
