Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibility:

Field Visits & Data Collection

Conduct regular visits to assigned areas (urban or rural) as part of field duties.

Collect relevant data, conduct surveys, or perform monitoring activities using mobile applications or manual forms.

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all collected data during fieldwork.

Mobile App Usage & Reporting

Use designated Android-based mobile applications for data entry, GPS tagging, attendance marking, or real-time reporting.

Upload reports and findings through mobile or web-based systems.

Troubleshoot minor app or phone issues independently, and escalate where necessary.

Coordination & Communication

Communicate effectively with local community members, stakeholders, or beneficiaries to gather required information or deliver project-related instructions.

Coordinate with the head office or supervisors to provide updates, report issues, or seek clarifications.

Transportation & Travel

Use personal motorbike for daily travel to field locations, sometimes in remote or challenging terrains.

Ensure timely attendance and punctuality while visiting designated sites.

Documentation & Record Keeping

Maintain daily logs of field activities, visited sites, and interactions with stakeholders.

Prepare concise summaries and submit reports as per the required schedule.
