Job Description:

The Government of Pakistan, under the New Energy Vehicle Policy 2025-30, invites applications from citizens, vendors, and manufacturers to participate in the first phase of the Electric Bike & Rickshaw Subsidy Program.

As part of the Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification (PAVE) Program, the initiative aims to subsidize the purchase of:

• 40,000 Electric Motorbikes

• 1,000 Electric Rickshaws

• 1,000 Electric Three-Wheel Loaders

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Guide applicants through the online registration process via pave.gov.pk

• Assist local vendors and manufacturers in understanding subsidy disbursement procedures

• Promote awareness campaigns and digital outreach for the policy

• Support female entrepreneurs and youth under the Special Quota Scheme

• Liaise with local EV dealers and ensure timely documentation submission

• Maintain records of subsidy applications and follow-up with government officials

Eligibility:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree

• Familiarity with Pakistan’s electric vehicle policy and green initiatives preferred

• Must possess basic computer skills

• Good communication skills in Urdu and/or English
