The Science & Technology / Information Technology Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has announced multiple contract-based government jobs under the ADP Project: Establishment of Citizen Facilitation Centers (CFCs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Available Positions & Job Descriptions

1. Manager Technical (BPS-18) – Peshawar

Job Description:
The Manager Technical will oversee software development, IT systems, and technical operations of Citizen Facilitation Centers. The role involves leading technical teams, managing ICT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting digital public service delivery initiatives.

Key Requirements:

16 years of education in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering or relevant field
Minimum 7 years of hands-on software development experience
At least 4 years in a technical leadership or management role
Strong understanding of ICT systems and public sector IT operations

2. Manager Administration, Finance & Procurement (BPS-18) – Peshawar

Job Description:
This role is responsible for administrative management, financial planning, budgeting, procurement processes, and compliance with government rules. The manager will ensure smooth operational and financial control of the CFC project.

Key Requirements:

16 years of education in Management, Finance, or Project Management
Minimum 7 years of overall experience
At least 4 years in administration, procurement, or financial management
Public sector experience preferred

3. Finance & Accounts Officer (BPS-17) – Peshawar

Job Description:
The Finance & Accounts Officer will manage accounts, financial records, budgeting, payments, and audits for the project. The role ensures transparency, accuracy, and compliance with government financial regulations.

Key Requirements:

16 years of education in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Experience in public or private sector organizations

4. Facility Management Officer (BPS-17) – Abbottabad

Job Description:
The Facility Management Officer will oversee operational facilities, maintenance, logistics, and day-to-day administrative support for Citizen Facilitation Centers, ensuring efficient service delivery.
