The Science & Technology / Information Technology Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has announced multiple contract-based government jobs under the ADP Project: Establishment of Citizen Facilitation Centers (CFCs) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Applications are invited through ETEA for qualified, experienced, and domicile holders of KP/Merged Districts. These positions are offered on a fixed pay, project-based contract initially for one year, extendable based on performance and project continuation.

1. Manager Technical (BPS-18) – Peshawar
Job Description:
The Manager Technical will oversee software development, IT systems, and technical operations of Citizen Facilitation Centers. The role involves leading technical teams, managing ICT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting digital public service delivery initiatives.
Key Requirements:

16 years of education in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering or relevant field

Minimum 7 years of hands-on software development experience

At least 4 years in a technical leadership or management role

Strong understanding of ICT systems and public sector IT operations
2. Manager Administration, Finance & Procurement (BPS-18) – Peshawar
Job Description:
This role is responsible for administrative management, financial planning, budgeting, procurement processes, and compliance with government rules. The manager will ensure smooth operational and financial control of the CFC project.
