The Government of Punjab – Forestry & Wildlife Department has announced new career opportunities under the FAO/GEF-funded project titled “Integrated and Sustainable Range and Livestock Management for Poverty Resilience Uplands in Northern Punjab”. Applications are invited from qualified Pakistani nationals for project-based positions on a contract basis.

Available Positions

1. National Project Coordinator (NPC)

• Pay Scale: Project Pay Scale-11 (PKR 612,500 – 980,000)

• Qualification: MSc/BS in Forestry or Forest Management from an HEC-recognized university

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including project planning, implementation, and donor-funded projects (UN agencies preferred)

• Age Limit: Maximum 64 years

• Posting: Anywhere in Punjab

2. Admin & Finance Assistant

• Pay Scale: Project Pay Scale-9 (PKR 360,250 – 502,250)

• Qualification: MBA in Finance from a recognized university

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience; experience with budgeting and donor-funded projects preferred

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

• Posting: Anywhere in Punjab

Key Responsibilities

• Project coordination, planning, and execution

• Financial management and budgeting

• Liaison with government departments and international donor agencies

• Monitoring, reporting, and compliance with project objectives
