The Pakistan Army has officially announced admissions for the 158 PMA Long Course 2026 at the prestigious Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul. This is a golden opportunity for passionate, disciplined, and patriotic individuals who aspire to serve the nation as commissioned officers.

Candidates selected through this course will undergo professional military training at PMA Kakul and will be inducted as Lieutenants in the Pakistan Army.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria (PMA Long Course)

📘 Education:

• Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS) with minimum 60% marks
• Graduates (BA/BSc/BS) with minimum 55% marks
• Serving Army Soldiers: Minimum 55% marks in FA/FSc

🎂 Age Limit:

• Intermediate Candidates: 17 – 22 Years
• Graduates: 17 – 23 Years
• Serving Soldiers: Up to 25 Years

📏 Physical Requirements:

• Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm)
• Weight: As per BMI standards
• Vision: Normal eyesight (as per army standards)

🏃 Selection Procedure:

1. Online Registration / AS&RC Centers
2. Initial Written / Intelligence Test
3. Physical Test:
   • 1.6 km run (8 minutes)
   • Push-ups, Sit-ups, Chin-ups
4. Medical Examination
5. ISSB Test
6. Final Selection at GHQ
