Eligibility Criteria & Requirements to Join Pak Army as a Medical Cadet 2025
Candidates may Apply Online for the 50th MBBS & 28th BDS Entry with the following eligibility criteria.
- Gender: Male only
- Marital Status: Unmarried
- Nationality: Citizen of Pakistan (including AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan)
- Age Limit: 17 to 21 years (as of 1 November 2025)
- Education:
- FSc (Pre-Medical) with minimum 70% marks
- OR A-Level with Biology, Physics & Chemistry (minimum Grade C in each)
- Medical Fitness: Must meet Army medical standards
- Physical Standards: Must pass physical fitness tests (running, push-ups, etc.)
- Entrance Test: Must appear in NUMS MDCAT-2025
- Minimum Score: 55% for MBBS, 50% for BDS
- Disqualification: Candidates already registered with any medical college are not eligible
- Minimum Score: 55% for MBBS, 50% for BDS
