Eligibility Criteria & Requirements to Join Pak Army as a Medical Cadet 2025

Candidates may Apply Online for the 50th MBBS & 28th BDS Entry with the following eligibility criteria.

• Gender: Male only
• Marital Status: Unmarried
• Nationality: Citizen of Pakistan (including AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan)
• Age Limit: 17 to 21 years (as of 1 November 2025)
• Education:
  • FSc (Pre-Medical) with minimum 70% marks
  • OR A-Level with Biology, Physics & Chemistry (minimum Grade C in each)
• Medical Fitness: Must meet Army medical standards
• Physical Standards: Must pass physical fitness tests (running, push-ups, etc.)
• Entrance Test: Must appear in NUMS MDCAT-2025
  • Minimum Score: 55% for MBBS, 50% for BDS
    • Disqualification: Candidates already registered with any medical college are not eligible
