Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Prison Department (Jail Khana Jat) Jobs 2025 – Full Details

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) has officially announced new recruitment in the Prison Department (Jail Khana Jat) for the year 2025. The vacancies are open for both male and female candidates across different districts including Peshawar, Nowshera, Mardan, Kohat, and Haripur. The hiring process will be conducted through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA).

Available Positions

Warder (Male) – BPS-07
Warder (Female) – BPS-07
Gatekeeper – BPS-11

Eligibility Criteria

1. Warder (Male) – BPS-07

Age Limit: 18 to 30 years
Education: Matric (Secondary School Certificate)
Height: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches
Chest (Male): 33” x 34½” (expanded)
Domicile: Candidates must belong to the relevant district (Peshawar, Nowshera, Mardan, Kohat, Haripur)
Experience: Physical fitness and discipline preferred.

2. Warder (Female) – BPS-07

Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Education: Matric or equivalent qualification
Height: Minimum 5 feet 3 inches
Additional Requirements: Strong moral character, discipline, and ability to perform duty in correctional environments.

3. Gatekeeper – BPS-11

Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
Education: Intermediate (FA/FSc)
Experience: Relevant field experience or service background preferred.

Physical Test Requirements

Candidates must pass the physical endurance test conducted by ETEA, including:

Running test
Chest and height measurements
Medical fitness assessment
