Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) has announced multiple job opportunities on a contract basis for highly qualified and experienced professionals across various IT and management roles. These positions are offered to support LESCO’s mission of delivering reliable electricity services to millions of consumers across Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Okara, and Nankana districts.

LESCO is looking for dynamic individuals with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and relevant industry experience. All positions are purely contractual with competitive market-based salary packages.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 16 years of education in:
- IT / Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- Telecommunications
- Cyber Security / Information Security
Degree must be recognized by HEC Pakistan
Minimum 60% marks or equivalent
Relevant experience:
- Manager Positions: 10 years (including 2 years in senior roles BPS-18 or above)
- Deputy Manager Positions: 5 years relevant experience (BPS-17 or equivalent)

Age Limit

Manager Positions: Up to 50 Years
Deputy Manager Positions: Up to 45 Years

Salary & Benefits

Market-based lump sum salary package
Contract-based employment
Initial 6 months probation period
No pension or long-term benefits (contract nature)
