Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), a leading specialized financial institution with a network of over 500 branches nationwide, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional for the position of Head of Legal (SVP/EVP). This is a contractual position offering a challenging role in a dynamic environment for individuals with a proven track record in the legal and financial sectors.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating legal risks, preparing and executing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with prudential regulations and guidelines from SBP and SECP. Other key responsibilities include supervising 31 Legal Litigation Units (LLUs) across the country, handling nationwide litigation in various areas of law, and maintaining an updated compendium of banking laws for stakeholder guidance. The individual will also oversee administrative control, provide legal advice to the management, and act as a team leader in legal interpretations and drafting.

Applicants must possess an LLB degree from an HEC-recognized institution and have a minimum of 15 years of experience, including 10 years in financial institutions.
