Primary to Master’s / Engineering / Medical
According to the Position.
Candidates applying for Government of Pakistan Ministry of Defence Jobs 2026 must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Applicants must possess qualifications relevant to the applied post, including:
Primary / Middle / Matric
Intermediate (FA / FSc / DAE)
Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BSc, BCS, BIT, Engineering)
Master’s Degree (MA / MSc / MS / MPhil)
Engineering Degrees (PEC registered where required)
Medical & Nursing Diplomas / Degrees (PNC registered for nurses)
Technical Certifications & IT Courses (where applicable)
All degrees must be recognized by HEC / relevant authorities.
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: Up to 40 years (post-wise)
Age Relaxation: Allowed as per Federal Government rules, including:
5 years general age relaxation
Additional relaxation for government servants, disabled persons, widows, and candidates belonging to specific regions/categories as mentioned in the advertisement
Only Pakistani Nationals are eligible to apply.
Both Male and Female candidates are eligible (post-specific).
Candidates must hold valid domicile of:
Punjab
Sindh (Urban / Rural)
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK)
Balochistan
Gilgit-Baltistan (GB)
Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK)
Ex-FATA
Quota allocation will be observed as per Federal Government policy.
Relevant experience is mandatory for technical, engineering, medical, intelligence, and skilled posts.
Experience in Armed Forces, Government Departments, or recognized organizations will be preferred.
Some posts require minimum 2 to 10 years of experience, depending on the position.
Candidates must be medically and physically fit.
Certain posts (Security, Driver, Intelligence, Field Staff) require:
Good eyesight & physical endurance
Valid LTV/HTV driving license (for Driver posts)
Computer literacy is required for clerical & office posts.
Typing speed required for UDC & LDC posts.
Ability to handle office software (MS Office) where applicable.
Technical trade skills required for Electrician, Plumber, Mechanic, Carpenter, Cook, etc.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for:
Written Test
Skill Test (if required)
Interview
Negative marking will apply in screening tests.
Candidates will be disqualified if:
They provide fake or incomplete documents
They do not meet age or qualification criteria
They attempt to influence the recruitment process
