The Government of Pakistan, under the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication (MoITT), has announced new career opportunities through its flagship initiative Digital Nation Pakistan. 1. Director (HRD / Skills)

Pay Scale: PPS-10
Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years

2. Joint Director (Seed / Funding)

Number of Posts: 1
Pay Scale: PPS-09
Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess:

Relevant higher education qualifications in HR, Management, Finance, IT, or related fields
Strong professional experience in:
- Human Resource Development
- Skills development programs
- Investment, funding, or startup ecosystem
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Job Location

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives in HRD, skills development, and AI programs
Manage funding, investment, and seed initiatives for tech projects
Support national-level digital transformation policies
