The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) operates under Pakistan’s Ministry of Interior and is responsible for maintaining the national citizen registration database. It manages identity card issuance, data verification, biometric authentication, and digital registration systems nationwide.
This recruitment aims to onboard Junior Executives (Data Entry Operators) to support ongoing national registration operations in Sindh province.

Position Overview

The Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator) position is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, computer literate, and capable of handling sensitive national data. The role requires frontline data management, citizen registration assistance, and operational support in NADRA centers across the Sindh region.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and verify citizen data into NADRA’s secure system accurately.

• Assist in citizen registration, biometric verification, and form processing.

• Operate data entry terminals, scanners, and registration software.

• Maintain record confidentiality and comply with NADRA data security protocols.

• Provide front-desk assistance and customer service to applicants.

• Verify supporting documents and CNIC data during the registration process.

• Support District and Tehsil-level operations as required by NADRA Regional Offices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/DAE) or equivalent qualification.

• Candidates with computer literacy certificates or IT diplomas will be preferred.

• One (1) year experience in data entry, record management, or customer service preferred.

• Candidates must have domicile and CNIC of the relevant Tehsil/District.

• Maximum Age Limit: 25 years (as of test date).

• Government/Semi-Government employees must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Terms and Conditions

1. Only residents of the respective Tehsil/District (as per CNIC) are eligible.

2. No TA/DA will be provided for the test or interview.

3. Bring original documents: CNIC, domicile, educational certificates, and experience letters.

4. Candidates with criminal backgrounds will be disqualified.

5. Requests for transfer after selection will not be entertained.

6. Candidates must pass medical and background verification before appointment.

7. Incomplete applications or late arrivals will not be considered.

8. NADRA reserves the right to cancel or postpone recruitment at any stage.
