The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), working under the Government of Pakistan, has announced project-based vacancies under its flagship initiatives Skill Development Program (SDP 2023-28) and Skill Verification Program (Takamol). These programs aim to enhance technical education, workforce development, and international skill recognition in Pakistan.

NAVTTC is seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join its Islamabad headquarters. These positions are offered on a contract/project basis under PPS scales and provide an excellent opportunity to contribute to national-level development projects in the technical education sector.

📌 Positions Details

1. Software Architect (PPS-08)

Vacancies: 01
Maximum Age: 50 Years
Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university
Experience:
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong expertise in:
  - .NET Core / ASP.NET / MVC
  - SQL Server
  - Front-end technologies (Angular, HTML5, CSS3)
  - JavaScript / TypeScript
  - Web APIs integration

2. Data Analyst (PPS-08)

Vacancies: 01
Maximum Age: 50 Years
Qualification:
- 16 years of education in Statistics or relevant discipline
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
- Expertise in handling large datasets, analytics tools, and report preparation

3. Assistant Coordinator G&C (Equivalent to PPS-07)

Maximum Age: 50 Years
Qualification:
- 16 years of education in Engineering, Social Sciences, Management, Public Policy, or Finance
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in:
  - Project management
  - Coordination in education/training sector
  - Development projects (TVET experience preferred)

Qualification:

  - English communication skills
