National Fertilizer Marketing Limited (NFML), a subsidiary of NFC under the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for individual consulting services. Established in 1976, NFML has played a pivotal role in implementing fertilizer policies introduced in 1989 and 2001, which revolutionized private sector investment in fertilizer production. However, evolving economic, technical, and market conditions necessitate the formulation of a new fertilizer policy to address gaps in production, marketing, and balanced fertilizer use.

NFML seeks seasoned professionals to assist in drafting this policy, which will encompass short-term (2030) and long-term (2035) goals. The selected consultants will work intermittently over a 4-month period. The policy will aim to ensure fair pricing, timely supply, and sustainable agricultural practices.

NFML invites experts for three key assignments:

1. Fertilizer Industry Specialist and Team Leader
2. Fertilizer Marketing Specialist
3. Agronomist or Soil Scientist
