1. Additional Director Air Transport (International Regulations) – EG-07
Education: 16 years in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Statistics / Aviation Management / International Law / Business Administration / LLM (2nd Division, HEC recognized).
Experience: Minimum 15 years in aviation or aviation management with at least 5 years in mid-management level.
Skills: Strong understanding of ICAO/IATA bilateral agreements, regulatory compliance, and international negotiations.
Age Limit: Up to 57 years (inclusive of relaxation).
Salary: Rs. 573,850/month + 5% annual increment (negotiable).
2. Additional Director / Flight Inspector (Ops & Regulations) – EG-07
Education: ATPL holder or ex-holder with a valid type rating on aircraft ≥ 40,000 kg.
Experience: 10+ years as pilot in commercial air transport with 2500+ PIC hours.
Skills: Deep understanding of aviation operations, ICAO compliance, and safety management.
Age Limit: Up to 57 years.
Salary: Rs. 573,850/month + 5% annual increment (negotiable).
3. Additional Director Aviation Promotion & Support Unit – EG-07
Education: 16 years in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or Engineering Sciences (HEC recognized).
Experience: 15+ years in management, PR, media, or business development within govt/semi-govt or MNCs.
Skills: Excellent communication, social media management, and aviation knowledge (ICAO SARPs).
Age Limit: Up to 57 years.
Salary: Rs. 573,850/month + increment.
4. Safety Inspector PEL – EG-06
Education: Bachelor’s Degree + Pakistani CPL/ATPL/ATCL/AML.
Experience: 10+ years in aviation; experience in Safety Oversight preferred.
Skills: Knowledge of ICAO Annexes, PCAA regulations, safety licensing, and audit procedures.
Age Limit: Up to 62 years.
Salary: Rs. 489,880/month + increment.
5. Sr. Joint Director ICAO Cell – EG-06
Education: Graduate + LLB (2nd Division, HEC recognized).
Experience: 10+ years in legal or regulatory affairs. Preference for those with govt/corporate law experience.
Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
Salary: Rs. 489,880/month + increment.
6. Deputy Director IT Systems – EG-03
Education: Bachelor/Master (16 years) in Computer Science / IT / Telecom / Electrical / Electronics (2nd Division, HEC recognized).
Experience: 6+ years in systems administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization, storage, DR, HA environments.
Certifications: Microsoft / VMware / Azure / AWS preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 40 years.
Salary: Rs. 308,309/month + increment (negotiable).
