PERA Jobs 2026 – Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority Careers

The Government of the Punjab has announced new career opportunities in the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) under the Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024. PERA aims to strengthen enforcement of special laws across Punjab and invites applications from experienced, disciplined, and physically fit professionals on a contract basis.

Applications are invited for STRIKE enforcement positions with province-wide jurisdiction.

 Available Vacancies

 Senior Sergeant (STRIKE) – SPPP-4

• Total Posts: 02

• Contract Period: 03 years (extendable on satisfactory performance)

• Pay Package: Up to Rs. 2,10,000 (Negotiable)

 Sergeant (STRIKE) – SPPP-5

• Total Posts: 48

• Contract Period: 03 years (extendable on satisfactory performance)

• Pay Package: Up to Rs. 1,75,000 (Negotiable)

 Qualification & Experience Criteria

• Matriculation from a recognized BISE

• Successfully completed a minimum 6-month training course from a Law Enforcement Agency (LEA) or Armed Forces

• Minimum 10 years of experience in LEAs or Armed Forces

 Physical Standards & Skills

• Must be physically fit (no physical disability)

• Driving skills will be preferred

 Age Limit

• 35 to 50 years
