Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF), a non-profit public sector organization, is inviting applications for the position of Finance Associate under its Male Engagement-II Project. The role is Lahore-based with mandatory field travel to various districts of Punjab.

The Finance Associate will be responsible for managing financial records, assisting in budgeting, ensuring compliance with accounting procedures, and supporting project financial operations. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems, particularly SAP B-1. Candidates with experience in public sector, development sector, or family planning projects will be preferred.

This is a contract-based position with an initial duration of 12 months or until project completion, extendable based on performance and project requirements.

 Qualification & Experience

Qualification:

• 16 years of education in Finance / Accounts / Commerce (Finance) or ACCA

• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience

• Experience in Public Sector / Development Sector / Family Planning projects is an advantage

Age Limit:

• Maximum 40 years on the last date of application submission

 Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)

• Strong understanding of accounting & bookkeeping procedures

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP B-1 preferred)

• High attention to detail with ability to detect numerical errors

• Strong reporting and documentation skills
