Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (PUNJMIN) has announced multiple contingent/short-term positions across Punjab for its ongoing mining projects. The organization seeks skilled and experienced professionals for technical, supervisory, mechanical, and operational roles. Positions include Assistant Managers, Surveyors, Sub Engineers, Mine Supervisors, Drivers, Welders, Electricians, Mechanics, Haulage Operators, Pump Operators, Mine Fitters, Chowkidar/Watchman, Timberman, Weighbridge Operators, and Loader Operators.

The recruitment is through walk-in interviews, and candidates must bring their original documents including CNIC, educational certificates, experience letters, and CV. The appointments will continue until the completion of the FY 2025-26 projects, and daily wages will be paid according to PUNJMIN policy.

Eligibility Conditions (Post-Wise)

1. Assistant Manager (Technical)

• Qualification: BSc Mining Engineering

• Experience: Preferable relevant experience in mining projects

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

2. Assistant Manager (Marketing)

• Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or Master’s in Marketing

• Experience: 2–3 years marketing experience

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

3. Junior Clerk

• Qualification: Intermediate (2nd Division)

• Experience: Computer efficiency required

• Typing Speed: 30 wpm

• Age Limit: Up to 25 years

4. Surveyor

• Qualification: Certificate in Surveying from a recognized institute

• Experience: 3 years relevant experience

• Age Limit: Up to 25 years

5. Sub Engineer (Civil)/Overseer

• Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Experience: 3 years field experience

• Age Limit: Up to 22 years

6. Quarry/Mine Supervisor

• Qualification: Mine Sirdar Certificate

• Experience: 7 years experience as Mine Sirdar or Shotfirer

• Age Limit: Up to 25 years

7. Assistant Quarry/Mine Supervisor

• Qualification: Matric with Diploma Course in Mine Training (One-Year)

• Experience: 3 years mining experience

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

8. Mine Sirdar

• Qualification: Mine Sirdar Certificate

• Experience: 3 years experience

• Age Limit: Up to 25 years

9. Welder

• Qualification: Diploma in Welding

• Experience: 3 years experience

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

10. Electrician

• Qualification: Practical experience of electrical work

• Experience: 3 years experience

• Preferred: Electrical Diploma

• Age Limit: Up to 25 years

11. Mechanic

• Qualification: Practical mechanical experience

• Experience: 5 years, preferably with Diploma in Auto Engineering

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

12. Driver (LTV)

• Qualification: LTV License Holder

• Experience: 3 years driving experience

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

13. Haulage Operator

• Qualification: Literate

• Experience: 2 years experience as Haulage Helper/Operator

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

14. Pump Operator

• Qualification: Literate

• Experience: 3 years relevant experience

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

15. Mine Fitter

• Qualification: Practical experience in installation/maintenance of mining equipment

• Experience: 3 years

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

16. Chowkidar / Watchman

• Qualification: Literate

• Experience: 3 years

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years

17. Timberman

• Qualification: Literate

• Experience: 3 years relevant experience

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

18. Weighbridge Operator

• Qualification: Matric

• Experience: 3 years relevant experience

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

19. Loader Operator

• Qualification: Literate

• Experience: 5 years

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years

These roles offer an opportunity to work in Punjab’s mining sector, covering areas like Mianwali, Khushan, Quaidabad, Dandot, Warcha, and Head Office Lahore. Candidates with relevant field experience, technical expertise, and mining project exposure will be preferred.
