Pakistan Railways Lahore Division Jobs 2026 – Situation Vacant

Pakistan Railways Divisional Office Lahore has announced multiple vacancies on a contract basis for 2 years for C-Class Apprentices and essential operational categories. Eligible candidates belonging to Lahore Division districts are invited to apply.

Successful candidates will be required to pass written/skill tests, interview, medical examination, and security clearance as per Pakistan Railways rules.

📌 Available Positions

• Carpenter (BSP-6) – 05 Posts

• Welder (BSP-6) – 05 Posts

• Fitter (BSP-6) – 20 Posts

• Pointsman (BSP-5) – 111 Posts

• Gateman (BSP-2) – 130 Posts

Total Vacancies: 271

🎓 Required Qualification

• Carpenter / Welder / Fitter: Matric (2nd Division) with 1-year relevant Diploma/Trade Certificate from Government recognized institute.

• Pointsman: Matric (2nd Division).

• Gateman: Middle Pass.

🎯 Age Limit

• 18 to 25 Years

• 5 Years General Age Relaxation

• Additional relaxation for Ex-Servicemen, Government Employees, Scheduled Castes, Minorities, and Son of Deceased Civil Servants as per rules.

📍 Domicile

Candidates must belong to districts under Lahore Division including Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Faisalabad, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Sialkot, Narowal, Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Chiniot, Pakpattan, Okara, and Sahiwal.
