Punjab Safe City Authority (PSCA) is hiring 267 Police Communication Officers through a smart recruitment process to strengthen Pakistan’s largest AI-enabled Smart City Command & Emergency Response ecosystem. This role is ideal for tech-savvy, communication-focused professionals who want to contribute to public safety and emergency response operations across Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle emergency and non-emergency calls through Smart City Command & Control systems

• Communicate effectively with citizens, law enforcement, and emergency services

• Log, monitor, and coordinate incidents using computerized systems

• Operate MS Office tools for reporting and documentation

• Ensure accurate, timely, and professional communication in Urdu and English

• Support AI-enabled policing and smart city operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Punjab

• Age Limit (closing date):

  • Male: Up to 25 years

  • Female: Up to 28 years

• Education:

  • BCS, BBIT, BS Telecom, MBA-IT, MCS, MSc IT

  • Or equivalent 16 years of IT-related education

• Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM

• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, computer proficiency
