Handle emergency and non-emergency calls through Smart City Command & Control systems
Communicate effectively with citizens, law enforcement, and emergency services
Log, monitor, and coordinate incidents using computerized systems
Operate MS Office tools for reporting and documentation
Ensure accurate, timely, and professional communication in Urdu and English
Support AI-enabled policing and smart city operations
