Public Health Engineering Department, Rural Development Department, Government of Sindh has announced multiple vacancies across different districts of Sindh. The positions include:

1. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

Total Posts: 142
Age Limit: 21–28 Years
Qualification:

• Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS/ICOM) from recognized board

• Diploma in Office Automation (mandatory)

• Typing proficiency as per government rules

Responsibilities:

• Office documentation, typing, maintaining records

• Data entry, file management, and clerical support

• Assist officers in administrative tasks

• Manage correspondence and data systems

2. Accounts Clerk (BPS-09)

Total Posts: 75
Age Limit: 21–28 Years
Qualification:

• Intermediate (Commerce)

• Relevant experience in accounts preferred

Responsibilities:

• Record keeping and financial entry work

• Preparing vouchers, ledgers, and financial statements

• Support senior accounts staff

• Maintain department accounts and budgeting records

3. Sub Engineer (Civil) – BPS-11

Total Posts: 17
Age Limit: 18–28 Years
Qualification:

• Three-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE Civil)

• PEC-recognized institution certificate required

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction and development projects

• Prepare estimates, check site progress, ensure quality control

• Assist engineers in planning and technical implementation

• Maintain technical reports and project documentation

General Eligibility Conditions

• Only candidates domiciled in Sindh are eligible

• Rural/Urban quota will be applied under Sindh Government rules

• Government employees must apply through proper channel

• Minimum age relaxation provided as per Sindh Government policy
