1. Director Operations – Technical

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Transportation Engineering or Civil Engineering with relevant coursework in Transportation Engineering, requiring 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
OR
A Master's or M.Phil. in Transportation Engineering or Civil Engineering with relevant coursework in Transportation Engineering, requiring 18 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive expertise in transportation planning, operations management, civil/transport infrastructure, and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of PMA's transport systems in Multan and surrounding regions.
2. Director Internal Audit

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or be a qualified ACCA Member / PIPFA Member / Public Sector professional with 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in internal controls, governance, and risk controls in the public sector.
This role involves leading the internal audit function of PMA, ensuring financial transparency, compliance with government regulations, and the integrity of the Authority's financial management systems. 5. Assistant Director IT

7. Establishment Officer

Candidates must hold a 4-year Graduation degree or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Management with 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.

The Establishment Officer will be responsible for managing all HR-related functions including recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, disciplinary proceedings, and establishment matters in accordance with government service rules. 8. Audit Assistant

9. Accounts Assistant-II
