Review design specifications, feasibility studies, railway standards, route structures.
Monitor field execution, quality control, and contract compliance.
Coordinate with consultants and contractor engineering teams.
Ensure alignment with environmental and transport safety regulations.
Strong knowledge of railway engineering, ROW, bridges, tunnels & transit structures.
Experience in mega civil infrastructure execution.
Proficiency in project engineering tools & compliance documentation.

Develop procurement plans, bidding documents, RFPs, TORs, BOQs, EPC/Turnkey contracts.
Ensure compliance with PPRA Rules & Punjab Government procurement laws.
Execute vendor evaluations, bid analysis, negotiations, and contract awards.
Monitor contractor performance and prepare contract risk control reports.
Coordinate procurement audits & legal/financial documentation.
Strong expertise in public procurement, FIDIC contracts & EPC frameworks.
Knowledge of rail/transit infrastructure supply chain.
Excellent negotiation and contract drafting abilities.
