Description

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan, is seeking Expressions of Interest (REOI) from qualified consulting firms for the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP). The consulting services involve designing and establishing a Remote Image Analysis Centre (RIAC) for Non-Intrusive Inspection Equipment. This initiative aims to enhance customs operations through advanced image analysis from seaports, airports, and border crossings.

The project is supported by financing from the World Bank, and the selection process will follow Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) guidelines. Eligible firms must demonstrate expertise in remote image access, collaborative workflows, and similar large-scale projects.
