Available Positions

1. Chief Manager – Industrial / Commercial Billing

Responsible for managing industrial and commercial billing operations.
Ensure regulatory compliance, billing accuracy, revenue assurance, and client relationship management.
Lead teams, analyze performance, and implement billing system improvements.
Qualifications: ACMA with 5 years post-membership experience or MBA (HEC recognized) with at least 5 years’ experience in a utility company.

2. Deputy Chief Manager – Billing

Oversee billing processes and optimize revenue generation.
Monitor billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and implement process enhancements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency.
Qualifications: ACMA or MBA with minimum 5 years’ experience in a utility organization.

3. Engineer / Deputy Manager – IT Risk Management

Coordinate with IT departments to maintain and update enterprise IT risk registers.
Ensure compliance with international IT security and risk standards.
Prepare periodic risk assessment reports for management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT / Computer Engineering with relevant experience.
Certifications Preferred: CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT.
PEC registration mandatory for engineers.

4. Engineer – Operational Risk Management

Support enterprise risk management activities across operational departments.
Maintain risk registers, safety standards, and compliance with ISO frameworks.
Assist in hazard identification, risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering.
Certifications Preferred: ISO 31000, ISO 45001, CRISC, CIRM.
PEC registration mandatory.
