Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualifications

  • Law Positions: LLB from HEC-recognized university, with Bar enrollment. LLM or a postgraduate diploma in corporate law is preferred for some senior roles.
  • Management/Business Roles: MBA, preferably in Finance, HR, IT, or related fields, from HEC-recognized university.
  • Engineering/Technical: Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics) from HEC-recognized university. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration mandatory for engineering roles.
  • Accounts/Tax: CA, ACMA, or MBA (Finance) from HEC-recognized university, or LLB with relevant tax experience.
  • IT/Computer Science: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science for relevant positions.

• Experience

  • Experience requirements vary by position, ranging from 1 year up to 14 years of relevant, post-qualification experience.
  • Bar enrollment experience is specifically required for legal roles (from 6 months up to 5 years depending on the level).
  • Senior roles (e.g., Deputy General Manager, Chief Manager) require significant experience in the relevant field (up to 14 years).

• Skills and Additional Requirements

  • Strong legal advisory, litigation, and contract management skills for legal positions.
  • Experience in billing operations, client relationship, regulatory compliance, and team management for billing roles.
  • Technical knowledge and maintenance experience for engineering positions.
  • Familiarity with tax returns, sales tax laws, and financial reporting for accounts roles.
  • Computer proficiency is preferred for most positions.
  • For some roles, additional certifications (e.g., in corporate law) are an advantage.
  • For engineering roles, PEC registration is mandatory.
