Team Supervisors & Enumerators

Team Supervisors:

• Leadership: Oversee a team of Enumerators, ensuring that data collection processes are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for Enumerators on data collection methodologies and tools.
• Monitoring: Monitor fieldwork to ensure adherence to data collection protocols and accuracy of data gathered.
• Reporting: Compile and report progress and challenges encountered during the data collection phase to the Bureau's management.
• Quality Control: Review data collected by Enumerators for completeness and accuracy.

Enumerators:

• Data Collection: Conduct surveys and gather data from assigned households or business establishments using structured questionnaires.
• Interviews: Engage with respondents in a professional manner to ensure accurate and reliable responses.
• Data Entry: Enter collected data into designated systems or forms accurately and promptly.
• Feedback: Provide feedback on the data collection process and suggest improvements where necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Social Sciences, or related disciplines).
• Experience: Previous experience in data collection, surveys, or statistical work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computers and data entry software.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
