The Urban Unit is hiring highly qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals on a project-based basis for multiple positions.

1. Manager Procurement

Positions: 01
Age Limit: Up to 50 Years
Salary: Up to PKR 600,000

Job Description:

• Manage procurement planning, vendor evaluation, and contract management

• Ensure compliance with PPRA rules and government procurement policies

• Oversee tendering, bidding, and procurement documentation

• Coordinate with internal departments for procurement needs

• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery

2. Senior Research Analyst – Business Development

Positions: 01
Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
Salary: Up to PKR 300,000

Job Description:

• Conduct market research and feasibility studies

• Develop business proposals and strategic plans

• Analyze data to support urban development initiatives

• Assist in partnership development and funding strategies

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

3. Senior Research Analyst – Business Development & Coordination

Positions: 01
Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
Salary: Up to PKR 300,000

Job Description:

• Lead research activities related to urban projects

• Coordinate with stakeholders, government bodies, and partners

• Support business development strategies and project execution

• Monitor project progress and reporting

• Facilitate inter-departmental communication

4. Research Analyst – Business Development & Coordination

Positions: 01
Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
Salary: Up to PKR 200,000

Job Description:

• Assist in research, data analysis, and reporting

• Support coordination with project teams and stakeholders

• Contribute to business development documentation

• Maintain project records and performance metrics

• Assist senior analysts in research initiatives

5. Research Associate – Business Development

Positions: 01
Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
Salary: Minimum PKR 80,000

Job Description:

• Support business development research activities

• Collect, analyze, and organize data

• Assist in proposal writing and documentation

• Prepare summaries and analytical reports

• Coordinate with internal research teams

6. Data Entry Operator

Salary: Up to PKR 75,000

Job Description:

• Enter and manage data accurately in digital systems
