WAPDA Jobs 2025 – Diamer Basha Development Company (DBDC) – Chief Logistic Officer

Diamer Basha Development Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of WAPDA) invites applications for the position of Chief Logistic Officer (CLO) for the Diamer Basha Dam Project in Chilas/Gilgit Baltistan. This senior role requires an expert professional to oversee logistics management, movement, and warehousing operations for the mega project.

Qualification:

• MPA/MBA (Supply Chain Management preferred) from HEC recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum 20 years total experience with at least 5 years in BPS-20 (or equivalent) in Public Sector Organizations / Pakistan Armed Forces OR
• 5 years in a senior management logistics role in reputable private firms.
• Strong international/national experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, and fleet/transport management.
• Preference for candidates with experience in logistics on Karakoram Highway (KKH) and Northern Areas.

Age Limit: Up to 55 years (as of last submission date).

Place of Posting: Diamer Basha Dam Project Site – Chilas/Gilgit Baltistan.

Tenure: Contract basis for 3 years (extendable) with 6 months’ probation.

Pay Package: Market-based lump sum, negotiable as per experience and qualifications.

Mandate / Duties:

• Oversee logistics, vehicle movement, warehousing, and related support activities.
• Manage supply chain operations effectively to support project execution.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth logistic operations.
