Job Summary:

ZTBL is hiring dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented individuals for the position of OG-III/MCO to support nationwide banking operations. The role involves credit processing, customer relationship management, agricultural financing, and field monitoring to assist ZTBL in achieving its banking and development goals.

Key Responsibilities (High-Level):

• Assist in agricultural credit operations and loan documentation.

• Support customers in loan applications and follow-up procedures.

• Conduct field visits for verification of borrower information.

• Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely recovery of loans.

• Promote ZTBL financial products and support branch-level operations.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, risk guidelines, and audit requirements.

• Assist in data management, reporting, and customer service tasks.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum: 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree)

• Preference for Agriculture graduates

• Minimum CGPA:

  • 2.5 out of 4.0 OR

  • 3.5 out of 5.0 OR

  • 60% marks in conventional system
