IT Support Services Engineer – End User Support (OG-II)
Infrastructure Security Administrator (AVP–I / AVP)
Switch & Payment Applications Support Officer (AVP–I / AVP)
Managing enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, databases, and cloud platforms
Ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and compliance
Supporting core banking, switch, ATM, and payment applications
Designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines, ETL processes, and dashboards
Implementing security controls aligned with SBP, PCI-DSS, ISO, and international standards
Collaborating with IT, Risk, Audit, and Business teams for secure operations
Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university (National / International)
Relevant professional experience ranging from 3 to 10+ years (role-based)
Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
