1. Shariah Scholar / Shariah Scholar – Product & Policy Management (AVP–I/AVP)

Summary:
Professionals with strong Shariah knowledge responsible for reviewing bank products, ensuring Shariah compliance, conducting research, verifying contracts, issuing Shariah opinions, and guiding the bank in Islamic finance practices.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Review product proposals, agreements, contracts, and manuals.

  • Conduct Shariah research and analysis.

  • Prepare Shariah-based responses and verify product compliance.

  • Ensure corrective actions and compliance reporting to SBP.

  • Provide expert Shariah advisory to management.


2. Procurement Specialist (OG-II / OG-III)

Summary:
Responsible for efficient procurement of goods and services while ensuring compliance with PPRA rules and internal quality standards.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement cycle including requisition, RFP, tendering, evaluation, and negotiations.

  • Maintain transparency and fairness in procurement.

  • Prepare contracts, SLAs, and documentation.

  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Compliance, and Risk departments.

  • Vendor management and resolution of grievances.


3. Para Medical Staff

Summary:
Healthcare professional responsible for supporting routine medical checkups, maintaining medical records, assisting doctors, and handling panel hospital coordination.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist medical officers in checkups.

  • Scrutinize and verify medical bills.

  • Maintain medicine inventories and emergency records.

  • Coordinate with panel hospitals on rates and reimbursements.


4. Call Center Agents (OG-IV)

Summary:
Customer service roles responsible for handling customer queries via phone, providing support, resolving complaints, and ensuring digital banking service uptime.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer calls and complaints.

Qualification Requirements

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum experience required based on the job category:

    • Shariah Scholar: 4–5 years

    • Procurement Specialist: At least 3 years

    • Para Medical Staff: Minimum 3 years

    • Call Center Agent: Fresh to experienced with good communication skills
