📌 Position Details

• Position: Priority Senior Relationship Manager (Consumer Banking Group)
• Grade: Band-10 to Band-7
• Location: Multiple Cities in Pakistan

📋 Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with priority banking clients
• Grow deposit base and customer portfolio
• Market deposits in local and foreign currencies
• Cross-sell banking products (consumer, assets, banca insurance)
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets
• Provide financial advisory and personalized banking solutions
• Conduct client meetings (on-site & off-site)
• Generate new business opportunities and build pipelines
• Maintain KPIs as per bank performance standards

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized local/foreign university)

Experience:

• Up to 4 years of experience
• Preference for candidates with 1 year relevant banking experience

Age Limit:

• Maximum 55 years
