NDMA is seeking skilled experts in AI, Big Data, Earth Sciences, Climate Sciences, Civil Engineering, BIM, Meteorology, Climatology, GIS Development, and Technical IT Support to support disaster risk reduction, national preparedness, hazard assessment, and advanced early-warning systems.
BS with 12 years, MS with 10 years, or PhD with 5 years relevant experience
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, ICT, Big Data, or related field
Develop AI/ML models for disaster prediction, early warning, and risk analytics
Manage large-scale datasets, hazard data, satellite data, real-time feeds
Build data pipelines, dashboards, and automated alerts for NEOC
Integrate AI with GIS, remote sensing, UAV, IoT sensor networks
Lead data governance and architecture for disaster intelligence
Conduct training sessions for Center of Excellence
BS/MS or PhD in Geology, Geophysics, Seismology, Earth Sciences
10–12 years of professional experience
Conduct advanced geological hazard mapping, seismic assessments
Develop ground motion models, fault-line studies, landslide mapping
Utilize InSAR, UAV, remote sensing for real-time hazard simulations
Create 3D seismic and geospatial visualization models
Support national-level disaster mitigation and risk planning
Contribute to Center of Excellence training programs
BS/MS in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Urban Planning with proven BIM/Digital Twin expertise
Implement BIM standards for infrastructure and disaster-resilient buildings
Conduct structural assessment of critical facilities
Develop resilient construction codes, quality assurance, and compliance
Support retrofitting plans for vulnerable structures
Integrate CAD, 3D simulations, and digital modeling
Conduct training under NDMA’s Center of Excellence
BS/MS/PhD in Climate Sciences, Meteorology, Environmental Sciences
Conduct climate change impact modeling for floods, heatwaves, smog
Develop digital twins of hazard-prone regions
Analyze long-term climate projections and adaptation strategies
Integrate climate simulations with Sendai Framework targets
Train teams on climate analytics, research, and predictive modeling
Conduct monsoon behaviour analysis & weather intelligence
16 years education in Meteorology, Remote Sensing, Environmental Physics, Geoscience
Monitor real-time weather patterns and extreme weather alerts
Provide meteorological advisories to NEOC
Support weather-based risk assessments and situation reports
Integrate meteorological data into national disaster warning systems
